Abstract

The opening to competition of the different so-called sectoral activities in France imposed the need to resort to the category of independent administrative authorities in charge of regulating different sectors. Now, this type of “polycentric” state plays a role within the normative production. It is not about anything but the regulatory power. Throughout this work we wonder about the main edges presented by the exercise of this normative competence by the regulatory entities in the Gallic legal system.
