Some notes in relation to the scope of the "litigious matter" as a cause for abstaining from the power to interpret legal norms by the Comptroller General of the Republic

Abstract

This paper reviews article 6, inc. iii of Law 10.336, a precept that prevents the Comptroller from making use of its power to interpret legal norms in cases that "by their nature are a litigious matter, or that are subject to the knowledge of the Courts of Justice". This, with the purpose of pointing out certain notes about it, that are directly related to the scope granted to the expression "litigious matter".
