Function Overloading and family child care of disabled motor

Abstract
The objective was to study the relationship of informal carers overload of children with mo tor disabilities with family functioning. Method: The design was cross sectional correlational study sample consisted of 88 caregivers, probability sampling was conducted by random numbers, the sample was calculated with a significance level of 0.05, a statistical power of .80 and .30 effect size, two instruments were used to assess caregiver overload and effec tiveness in family functioning, data were analyzed using Spearman correlations. Results: there relation of the informal caregiver overload child with motor disability with the familiar, to obtain a statistically significant (rho = .512, p = .000). Conclusion: the family functioning of informal carers of children with motor disabilities is reported mostly with moderate functio nality. The study is a reference for decision making in implementing the plan of care for such families.
