Abstract
Social Street Education [SSE] is a professional model of intervention that allows for the development of critical conciousness, especially in adolescent street populations, of their reality and society as a whole. With their contribution, the consturction of a new life project is possible through an authentic personal and social transformation. This article attempts to reflect on the possible actions of the nurse or educator on the street. The nurse should propose in this environment to modify health conditions and to work with issues related to sexuality especially when working with adolescents, who are the principal subjects of this process
